Level 1


Maybe you are new to exercising or maybe you haven’t worked out in awhile and don’t know where to start. If so, then the Level 1- Foundation program was made for you!

In this 8-week program you will go through two different training phases.



You will learn how to log food, gain body strength, & how to make positive behavior changes. We will introduce you to some foundational bodyweight exercises & teach you how to perform exercises correctly and safely. 

Phase 2

You will utilize what you have learned in phase 1 & take it up a notch to get you out of your comfort zone and advance your performance. 

 At the end of this phase you should be comfortable performing basic exercises, have built muscle & strength, & have started to burn off body fat.



Specific areas being developed

  • Posture

  • Core stability

  • Core strength

  • Breathing

  • Basic movements (hip hinge, squat, press, pull)

  • Body awareness

  • Stamina

  • Foundational strength

  • Foundational muscle

  • Shoulder stability

  • Confidence 

  • Self discipline 

All of these things with the sole purpose of priming and prepping your body for maximum fat burning.

Couple’s training


The Level 1 program has a 2 or 3 day per week scheduling option being offered as a 1-on-1 training plan or for couples who want to get fit together.



Nutrition is a huge part of the Level 1 program. The first thing we request from you is a food log, then from there we will outline how and what we want you to eat and together, we will work on one or two healthy habits per week. We don’t want to overwhelm you on day one and make you eat chicken, broccoli, and a salad three times a day with no cheats. Our process is focusing on small wins, one thing at a time.

Here are some things you will learn about nutrition through the Level 1- Foundation program:

  • Portion control

  • How many calories you should be eating

  • How much protein, carbs, & fats you should be eating

  • Good sources of protein, carbs, & fat

  • How to plan and time meals

  • Meal preparation

  • How to make a protein smoothie

  • How to add more veggies to your meals

  • Sample recipes and meal ideas

  • Food additives to avoid

  • An optional supplement guide

  • And much more

*But most importantly, you will learn how to adapt a healthy and maintainable eating LIFESTYLE not just a temporary diet.
