Level 2


Graduates of the Level 1- Foundation program will advance here. Or if you are currently exercising and feel like you are stuck, want to develop a better and more consistent exercise routine, learn advanced training techniques and dial down on your nutrition, then this program is right for you.

In this 12-week training program you will go through 3 different training phases.



You will be instructed on how to eat, what to eat, & how to practice self discipline. You will begin to learn advanced strength training techniques & how to properly execute a given exercise.

Phase 2

You will utilize what you have learned in phase 1 with more advanced exercises & challenges that will push you closer to your goal.

The intensity will increase as well as your adaptation to the program.

Phase 3

You will be pushed to your limits & your potential will be tested.

The pace of this phase is much faster & you will have to develop the skills & stamina to keep up.

Couple’s training


The Level 2 program has a 2 or 3 day per week scheduling option being offered as a 1-on-1 training plan or for couples who want to get fit together.



Nutrition is a huge part of the Level 2 program. If you are a graduate of the Level 1 program you will be familiar with logging food, knowing what and how much to eat, and completing weekly nutritional challenges. From here we will take it to the next level with more advanced challenges. More will be expected of you and your commitment to your goals will be tested. If you are new to a CK Fitness plan we will go through the nutritional protocol of Level 1 and you will learn things such as:

  • Portion control

  • How many calories you should be eating

  • How much protein, carbs, & fats you should be eating

  • Good sources of protein, carbs, & fat

  • How to plan and time meals

  • Meal prep

  • How to make a protein smoothie

  • How to add more veggies to your meals

  • Sample recipes and meal ideas

  • Food additives to avoid

  • And much more

*But most importantly, you will learn how to adapt a healthy and maintainable eating LIFESTYLE not just a temporary diet.
