If you are ready to learn advanced exercise techniques to take your training to the next level, build more muscle, & gain confidence to take your shirt off, then you need to complete this program. 

In this 12-week program you will go through 3 different training phases. In every training phase two new advanced exercise techniques will be learned & mastered to build as much muscle as possible while staying lean.




In this phase we will hammer in on proper form, execution, & how to control & isolate a muscle.

We will establish good lifting & nutritional habits in this first stage & build on them in the next.

*Lessons 1 & 2 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.

Phase 2


In this phase we will build off of phase 1 by adding in more complex & advanced movements.

Cardio will conclude or be incorporated into most workouts.

*Lessons 3 & 4 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.

Phase 3


In this final phase of the MMBBS program we will speed things up, add in additional cardio, & maximize performance.

Everything we have learned so far will be advanced upon to challenge you at the maximum level.

The MMBBS program has a 2 or 3 day per week scheduling option being offered as a 1-on-1 training plan.


Nutrition will play a major role in this program if you are serious about packing on muscle and staying lean.

In this program you will learn:

  • How much food you should be eating to build muscle

  • The best muscle building foods

  • What portion of macronutrients you should be eating 

  • How to prep food

  • What supplements you could take to optimize performance and recovery 

  • And much more

In the Shred phase of the program nutrition will be much more specific and will be geared towards burning off fat while keeping muscle and staying lean.
