In this 8-week program you will go through 2 training phases

PHASE 1

  • 5 training sessions per week

  • 3 full body with core workouts

  • 2 conditioning days

  • Nutrition lessons will be on developing healthy eating habits by intermittent fasting, learning about macronutrients, and adding in healthy food items

Phase 2

  • 5 training sessions per week

  • Additional conditioning workouts

  • Additional core work

  • Increased intensity

Nutrition

Nutrition is a huge part of your Summer Shred program. You will be emailed weekly nutrition lessons along with weekly nutritional challenges. These are designed to take you from the basics of healthy eating through advanced techniques that will teach you discipline in your eating habits and help you get SHREDDED.

*But most importantly, you will learn how to adopt a healthy and maintainable eating LIFESTYLE not just a temporary diet.

FAQs:

Q: Who is this program for?

A: Men & women who want to feel empowered to live out a healthy lifestyle.

Q: This seems like a more advanced program, could this program work for me if I would not consider myself advanced or haven’t been on a good workout schedule in awhile?

A: Yes! It is more of an advanced program geared towards people who need something new and challenging for at-home workouts. But there is an entry-level version of the program that has modifications.

Q: Can I still do the program if I do not have dumbbells?

A: Yes you sure can! The program was designed with dumbbells in mind so using them will get you the best results but included in the program are alternatives you can use for weights.

Q: What if I don’t have a pull-up bar or I can’t do a pull-up?

A: Included in the program is a video that has alternative exercises for pull-ups and modifications for pull-ups.

Q: How is progress measured?

A: At the start of the program you are required to:

  • Take a quality before picture

  • Take body measurements

  • Perform a fit test which includes a max pull up, push up, and sit up test

These measures will also be taken in the middle and at the end of the program.

Q: What sort of results should I expect?

A: The first 2 members below went through the Summer Shred program. The others went through my 21-day challenge.
