“I have battled with being overweight most of my life. I used food for comfort when stress would come.”

“My unhealthy lifestyle turned into me developing Type 2 diabetes… I knew I had to change. I took a chance on the 8-week Summer Shred program. It was hard, moments when I wanted to quit, I did fall a couple of times, but with his encouragement and motivation I got back up. I am happy to say that the summer shred program was the icing on the cake.

I am down to one pill for my diabetes, down a total of 70 lbs in total (10 lbs from this program) and just with in the 8-week program I lost over 17 inches, 6 in which are in my waist!!  I am beating type two diabetes with in the next month and Kyle's program is a huge factor to that. I see muscle growing in places on my body that I never developed before.
