In this 12-week program you will go through 3 training phases
PHASE 1
In this phase, we will work on building a strong base of strength & muscle. We will also work on core stability and strength in order to prepare your body for maximum fat loss.
Phase 2
In this phase, we will build off of the base we have built to help burn off body fat and boost stamina.
Phase 3
In this final phase, we will speed things up with more complex movements for long-term fat burning.

Nutrition is a huge part of your CK Shred program. You will be emailed weekly nutrition lessons along with weekly nutritional challenges. These are designed to take you from the basics of healthy eating through advanced techniques that will teach you discipline in your eating habits and help you get SHREDDED.
*But most importantly, you will learn how to adopt a healthy and maintainable eating LIFESTYLE not just a temporary diet.
1-on-1
This program is offered as a 1-on-1 training program and has a 2 or 3 day per week scheduling option.
2-on-1
This program is also available for 2-on-1 couples/buddy training.
