Who is this program for?

If you want to workout to build strength & burn fat with your spouse, a friend, or somebody who you can at least marginally tolerate for an hour, while having a simplified approach to your nutrition and a healthy lifestyle…

Then this program is for YOU!

 
 

Having an accountability partner to exercise and go through a wellness program with can help strengthen your commitment to the program, increase your motivation, and strengthen your relationship; all leading to long-lasting results.

 

In this 16-week program you will go through 4 training phases

 

PHASE 1

The focus of Phase 1 is to build foundational strength with a high emphasis on bodyweight and core strength.

The goal is to build a base of strength, stability, mobility, and stamina to prepare the body for fat burning.

 

Phase 2

In this phase, we will be advancing the strength training and focusing primarily on resistance training. The core strength will advance with direct abdominal work to build off the foundation we built. The cardio will be sped up with demand on high intensity training.

The goal of this phase is to build muscle and strength to aid in fat burning.

 

Phase 3

This will be our most advanced strength training phase. In this phase, we will focus not only on training at a higher resistance but also at a higher intensity. The pace will be faster and your strength will be tested.

Strength training will take up about two thirds of the workout with cardio and core taking up about a third of the workout.

The goal is to maximize strength and burn fat.

 

Phase 4

This is the phase we have been building strength, stability, mobility, and stamina for. Each workout will focus about one third of the time on strength and core with the other two thirds focusing on high intensity cardiovascular training.

This is our big fat burning phase.

 

Throughout this program you can expect to:

  • Build strength

  • Burn fat

  • Improve core strength, cardiovascular health, and your overall well-being

All while deepening your connection to your partner- Just to name a few.

 
 

 


This is a hybrid coaching program

The program consists of five workouts weekly. You will be doing two or three workouts each week with your coach and completing the rest of your workouts at home.

You will have access to an Online Portal where you will receive Workout Sheets and Workout Videos for cardio and core workouts that you can do at home with no epuipment.

 

 
 

How will the nutrition portion
of this program work?

The method of operation is to keep things simple. So rather than writing out a strict and detailed diet for you to follow we will be using our Healthy Habit Tracker to ensure that each day we get in enough water, nutrients, exercise, and sleep.

It’s a simplified approach that I really think you’re going to love!

On top of that, you will have free access to my Nutrition 101 Course that will teach you how to identify whole foods and to be aware of the imitations.
