No one has ever seen fitness & nutrition coaching like this before
This program is set up as a Hybrid program meaning part online & part in-person.
Your workouts, nutrition, and everything you need for your program will be delivered through the Online Portal and your lessons will be dripped out weekly. Meaning, you will only have access to the current week's content (and previous weeks' content) at a time. This is in order to pace you appropriately.
In-person coaching sessions can be added to your experience once a month, once a week, twice a week, or three times per week. We will complete your Fit Test, measurements, and some of the workouts together. You are expected to complete all other workouts and go through the Online Portal on your own.
This is a great option for somebody who needs some in-person guidance but can complete the rest of the program on their own.
