In this 12-week program, you will learn...

  • The six Muscle Building Lessons on proper form, execution, & advanced techniques for building lean muscle

  • How to "build your plate" with healthy protein, carb, & fat sources and serving suggestions

  • The breakdown of each macronutrient & how they play a role in muscle building

  • And overall, how to create and live a healthy lifestyle

In this 12-week program you will go through 3 training phases

PHASE 1

In Phase 1, we will be working on building the foundation by focusing on proper lifting technique and execution. There will be a greater emphasis on building the back and widening the shoulders.

*Muscle Building Lessons 1 & 2 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.



Phase 2

In Phase 2, we will be stepping it up a notch by focusing on maximizing a muscular contraction. There will be a greater emphasis on building the chest & arms.

*Muscle Building Lessons 3 & 4 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.



Phase 3

In the final phase of the program, we will concentrate on pushing your muscles to exhaustion by elongating the sets. There will be a greater emphasis on building the legs and maximizing fat burning by ending the workouts with accelerated cardio.

*Muscle Building Lessons 5 & 6 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.

This program is set up as a Hybrid program meaning part online & part in-person.

Your workouts, nutrition, and everything you need for your program will be delivered through the Online Portal and your lessons will be dripped out weekly. Meaning, you will only have access to the current week's content (and previous weeks' content) at a time. This is in order to pace you appropriately.

In-person coaching sessions can be added to your experience once a month, once a week, twice a week, or three times per week. We will complete your Fit Test, measurements, and some of the workouts together. You are expected to complete all other workouts and go through the Online Portal on your own.

This is a great option for somebody who needs some in-person guidance but can complete the rest of the program on their own.

Nutrition

Nutrition will play a major role in this program if you are serious about packing on muscle and staying lean. You will learn a new Nutritional Lesson & receive a new challenge each week that will help you simplify your nutrition.

In this program you will learn:

  • The importance of water, protein, carbs, fats, & veggies and a simple way to know how much you should be consuming

  • Sleep & recovery tactics that will help you perform, recover, and grow more efficiently

  • Supplements you could take to optimize performance and recovery 

  • And much more
