In this 12-week muscle building program you will go through 3 different training phases. In each phase you will learn & master 2 new Muscle Building Essential lessons. These lessons will be the foundation of your muscle building journey.

PHASE 1

In phase 1 we will be working on building the foundation by focusing on proper lifting technique and execution. There will be a higher emphasis on building the back and widening the shoulders.

*Muscle Building Essentials lessons 1 & 2 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.



Phase 2

In phase 2 we will be stepping it up a notch by focusing on how to maximize a muscular contraction. There will be a higher emphasis on building the chest & arms.

*Lessons 3 & 4 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.



Phase 3

In the final phase of the program we will concentrate on pushing muscles to exhaustion by elongating the sets. There will be a higher emphasis on building the legs and maximizing fat burning by ending sessions with accelerated cardio.

*Lessons 5 & 6 will be unlocked & mastered in this phase.

Nutrition

Nutrition will play a major role in this program if you are serious about packing on muscle and staying lean. You will learn a new nutritional challenge each week that will help you simplify your nutrition.

In this program you will learn:

  • The importance of water, protein, carbs, fats, & veggies and a simple way to know how much you should be consuming

  • Sleep & recovery tactics that will help your perform, recover, and grow more efficiently

  • Supplements you could take to optimize performance and recovery
